Whether you're called a team leader, supervisor or manager - if you're looking for a course that gives you the founding tools to bring out the best in others, this course is for you. You'll learn how to pass on your skills and knowledge to others via simple training/coaching sessions, to communicate effectively and build productive, positive and motivational workplace relationships. You'll see that conflict is part of everyday life and work, but managed properly it can lead to growth and innovation. We'll show you how to manage performance starting right from the planning stage including goal-setting, performance feedback, and how to use coaching to solving performance problems.
